Position: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Washington, ILJob Description: Provide a variety of customer service and teller functions. Duties include cash handling, balancing, cross-selling bank products and services, handling inquiries, and providing services to the customers’ satisfaction in accordance with the bank’s policies and procedures. Work involves constant and direct dealing with bank customers. Knowledge of the CSI system and six months of cash handling experience are preferred. Must have excellent math skills, accurate typing ability, basic computer knowledge, and ability to communicate effectively, work under pressure, and be highly motivated and self-sufficient. Saturdays required.
