ITM and ATM Services

If you want assistance from a live person, all you do is touch the screen and one of our ISB employees will answer your video call. They will be able to assist you with most teller transactions right from the machine. 

All ITMs have representatives available Mon - Friday 830 AM – 5 PM CST and Saturday 9 AM – 12 PM CST. The machine will function as a normal ATM outside of those hours.

Yes, if you prefer to complete an ATM transaction without a live person, simply enter your debit card into the machine and follow the prompts on the screen. The machine functions as a normal ATM when no representatives are available. 

Almost any transaction that can be completed at a teller line can be completed at an ITM. Examples include:

• Checking/savings deposits
• Checking/savings withdrawals
• Balance inquiries
• Account transfers
• Check cashing
• Loan payments
• Exchange bills
• Order checks
• Debit card assistance

Yes! Your conversations are as private as if you were standing in line inside the bank. Some machines even have a convenient handset and the ability to type information on the screen to allow even more privacy when desired.

No, using an ITM is the same as going to the teller window. There are no additional fees for the video service. ATM transactions may be subject to additional fees if you are not using an ISB issued debit card and account.
